These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and content-writing services provided by Topline Writers Hub Limited (RC 6963834), trading as “Topline Writers”. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, creating an account or ordering a service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and have the legal capacity to enter into them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Service

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to it.
• You agree to provide accurate briefs and to hold the rights to any source material you submit.
• Delivered content may not be redistributed or resold until the order is paid in full and the applicable licence has transferred to you (see clause 4).

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may be displayed in USD, GBP or EUR for convenience; the charge is processed in the currency confirmed at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our third-party processor, TransactPay; by paying you also agree to the processor’s terms. We begin work once payment (or any agreed deposit) is confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Topline Writers name, site design and content are our property or licensed to us. For commissioned writing, full copyright and usage rights in the final deliverable transfer to you upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, we retain all rights in the work. We may showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topline Writers Hub Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
