Delivery Policy

Topline Writers delivers digital writing — there is nothing to ship physically. This policy explains how and when you receive your completed work from Topline Writers Hub Limited (RC 6963834).

1. How Delivery Works

Once your order is confirmed and any required brief is received, your project is assigned to a writer. Completed drafts and final files are delivered digitally — via the email associated with your order, a shared document link (e.g. Google Docs), and/or your account dashboard — in editable, ready-to-publish formats.

2. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround is shown on each service and generally ranges from 2 to 14 days depending on length and complexity (single posts are quickest; clusters, white papers and full-website copy take longer). Retainers are delivered to an agreed monthly schedule. Turnaround begins once we have your brief and confirmed payment. Larger or rush projects can be arranged — just ask.

3. Revisions

Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Revision turnaround is usually 1–3 business days depending on scope. See our Refund Policy for how revisions and cancellations interact.

4. If You Don’t Receive Your Delivery

If a delivery hasn’t arrived by the expected date, first check your spam/junk folder and your account dashboard. If you still can’t find it, contact us at kennylabie@yahoo.com or WhatsApp +234 817 682 2519 and we’ll resend it promptly.

5. Access Duration

Shared links remain accessible for at least 90 days after delivery; we recommend downloading and saving your final files. On full payment, the deliverable is yours to keep and use under the licence described in our Terms of Service.
