Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to content-writing services purchased from Topline Writers Hub Limited (RC 6963834). Because our work is bespoke and delivered as digital writing, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Before work begins — you may cancel for a full refund any time before a writer has started your project.
- Work in progress (before first draft) — if you cancel after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, we refund the unworked portion of the fee on a pro-rata basis.
- After first draft — dissatisfaction with delivered work is addressed through revisions (see clause 2) rather than refunds.
2. Revisions Instead of Refunds
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. If a draft does not meet the agreed brief, tell us what needs to change and we will revise it at no extra cost. We would always rather make the writing right than leave you unhappy.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Once final files have been delivered and accepted, or once the included revision rounds have been used and the deliverable meets the agreed brief, the order is non-refundable. Rush/expedited fees and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf are also non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us by email at kennylabie@yahoo.com or WhatsApp +234 817 682 2519 with your order number and reason. We aim to review every request within 3–5 business days.
5. Currency of Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency to the original payment method. For Naira transactions, refunds are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. Bank and processor timelines may affect how quickly funds appear.
